Founder, Craig Nickoloff, opened the original Claim Jumper Restaurant in Los Alamitos, California on September 27, 1977. Today, there are 36 locations throughout Arizona, California, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington.
